I started taking music production classes with Travis over the last month. Over the period of a month I have learned a ton of creative ways to produce music as well as the science behind the sound. I strongly recommend taking courses here if you would like to get into anything music related. They are professional and can work with you if your schedule isn’t very flexible. Before launching AMP Music Lab as Palm Beach County’s premier music production school, I spent eight years as a lead instructor at one of the top university music technology programs in the United States. Having clocked over 33,000 hours in world-class commercial studios, what drives me every day is moving students past endless online tutorials and giving them the structured, professional workflows they need to release music they are genuinely proud of.
My commercial credits span major record labels and network television, with engineering and production work tied to Sony/BMG, Battery Studios NYC, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Emmy-nominated series on CBS. Every custom program is fully tailored to your musical goals, skill level, and software choices so you can learn songwriting, recording, mixing, and mastering efficiently.

Think of it like private music lessons. Travis travels directly to your home or office in South Florida (including West Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Palm Beach Gardens) to train you using your own studio gear. Because of travel logistics, we recommend booking your training in 2-hour sessions to maximize hands-on recording, mixing, or DJing time.
We offer flexible training structures depending on your immediate goals. You can book a 1-Hour Session for specific project troubleshooting, a 4-Hour Crash Course to gain quick clarity and creative momentum, or an 8-Hour Intensive designed for deep technical skill-building and complete workflow mastery.
Scheduling is completely hassle-free and flexible. Immediately after registration, you will receive access to Travis’s private booking calendar, allowing you to schedule your 2-hour labs at your own convenience. To ensure real momentum and progress, your selected program option must be completed within 4 weeks of your initial registration.
It is built for music creators, DJs, and podcasters of all skill levels. Whether you are a total beginner who doesn’t have formal training, or an experienced hobbyist looking to overcome a learning curve in your mixes, the curriculum is completely customized to match your exact software platform and personal musical ambitions.
