Music Production Training Program
The Music Production Training Program at AMP Music Lab is designed to help artists, creators, and aspiring producers build a clear, functional understanding of modern music production — from songwriting and recording through mixing, mastering, and release.
Instruction is delivered through one-on-one private lessons focused on real workflows, practical skills, and long-term creative independence.
A Practical, One-on-One Approach to Music Production
This program is built around personalized instruction rather than rigid curriculum. Each student follows a customized learning path based on experience level, creative goals, and preferred tools or software.
Lessons focus on clarity, repetition, and application — helping students move from uncertainty to confidence in their production process.
Instruction is available in-studio in Palm Beach County, with remote options available when appropriate.

Meet Your Instructor
I’m Travis Dempsey, co-founder of AMP Music Lab. I’ve spent over two decades working as a producer, audio engineer, and educator, helping students and professionals understand music production at a practical, usable level.
This program was built around the kind of instruction I wish had existed earlier in my own journey — focused, grounded, and centered on real-world application rather than theory alone.
